Our facility offers six spacious studio rooms available for rent for a variety of non-competing activities, including rehearsals, classes, workshops, fitness sessions, photography, videography, auditions, meetings, and more. Our Main Building features 4 studio rooms with access to our lobby, restrooms, and common areas. We also have two studio rooms located in our Annex Building directly across the street, which provide a more private rental option but do not include lobby access. Each studio varies in size and rental rate to accommodate different needs and group sizes.
